一、不要放弃，只有上学才有出路。我们生在农村，不上学，只能打工，打工赚钱容易吗？这里面我有感受：我的一个表弟，成绩一般，上到初三后半年开学，感觉学习不进去，认为出去打工挣钱多好啊！说什么也不上了。一个月后，回来了，找到我，说：“表哥，我还想上学？”我问：“出门一个月挣多少钱？”他说“挣一千。”我说：“不少啊！，比我工资还多呢？”他说：“表哥你可不知道，出门打工太苦了，一天至少得干十个钟头，有时加班得干十五六个钟头，我实在干不了”后来，他念到初中毕业，上了一个中专学校，去年夏天毕业，今年过年回来找到我，说：“现在的工作非常轻松，一个月能开二千块，单位还给缴纳各种保险，如果实习期满，能开三千块。这个例子说明什么？不管你现在学习成绩怎么差，别在学校违法违纪，将来初中毕业上个技校，学一门技术，将来就会有前途。
第二、要刻苦。我们今天要提倡的就是学习，学习就要刻苦。大家可以回顾，古往今来所有的成功人，哪一个没有经过一个刻苦的阶段？再看看我们的前后左右，哪一个成绩好的没有经过刻苦学习？为什么要刻苦学习？因为专家已经研究过，人的先天智力没有多大的区别，要想取得成功，只有靠后天努力。如果你成绩不理想，不是你的智力有问题，而是你刻苦学习不够，在习惯养成上不如别人，刻苦精神不如他们强。
第三、学习要讲究方法。在学习上要做到“三先三后”，这“三先三后”的学习方法是：先预习后听课；
先复习后做作业；
先独立思考后请教别人。这说法，同学们并不陌生，可不少同学就是不愿意老老实实去实践，嘴巴喊难，行动懒惰，不去尝试，当然没有收获。
第四、要时刻用目标激励自己，要相信自己能行。
目标是学习的内在动力。我们每一个同学都要将目标细化到平时的日常行动上，具体地说就是制订好学习计划，合理地分配好学习时间，将远大的目标落实为平时一点一滴的积累，清华北大离我们也并不遥远。对于短期目标我们也要正确对待，受到挫折时要看得开，要能作到胜不骄、败不馁，应该总结经验，迎接以后的考试，我们只有做好了一点一滴、才能绳锯木断，水滴石穿。只要我们时刻用目标激励自己，相信我们将来都能成为时代的栋梁。
