学习护理单有理论是不行的，还要有良好的护理技术。所以在上实践课的时候我都会争取机会多操作几次，加上卫校本来就少学生可给学生用的空间可不少。所以我可以再趁放学时间多练习一下。
在卫校的第四年是我们到医院实习的时间，基本上一年都是呆在医院里学习。再这里我熟练我的护理操作技术，把理论和实践结合在一起，在带教老师的指导下用我全副的耐心和爱心护理病人，使病人得到良好的照顾，早日康复。到医院实习认识到许多也是学习护理的同学,也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的机会,锻炼了自己的交际能力,学到别人的长处,认清自己的短处。
所以我喜欢实习。虽然有时会感到累些,但乐此不彼。
我个人认为自己最大的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚至多用。急功近利,喜欢一口气学许多东西,但是贪多嚼不烂,即使最后都能学会,也已经搞得自己很疲劳。如今想想,这样其实并不好,正所谓,贵在精而不在广。如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问,不求博但求精,相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现自己有这个缺点和问题后,我常常警戒自己,步入社会后也不能一心两用。
